The Executive Assistant will maintain a working knowledge of the firm and its industry and service practices. The position regularly and customarily exercises confidentiality, discretion, and independent judgment in performing work. This role is based in the Boston Office and requires flexibility to work in the office as needed to support client meetings, workshops, and Boston Office services and activities.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • A college degree and/or equivalent experience strongly preferred.

  • 4-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a professional services or management consulting firm.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proactive, organized, and detailed workstyle.

  • Strong client-service mindset and a supportive “can-do” attitude.

  • A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, expense management programs, CRM/Salesforce, and other business productivity tools, including internal platforms and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Efficiency: Proactively manage complex calendars, schedule meetings (internal and external, often with multiple time zones and participants), manage time and expense reports, and coordinate travel arrangements--always looking for ways to optimize time and resources. You will be instrumental in keeping our leaders on track and focused on client needs and firm growth.

  • Facilitate Seamless Operations: Anticipate and address logistical needs for client engagements, internal and project team meetings, and firm initiatives. You will be adept at managing competing priorities, meeting timelines, and delivering high-quality work.

  • Trusted Resource: Serve as a primary point of contact for leaders, providing guidance on firm policies, procedures, and best practices. Your ability to quickly find solutions and offer informed recommendations will be highly valued.

  • Champion Client Service: Support leaders to prepare for client meetings, presentations, and workshops. Participate in meetings and account calls to prepare notes and track action items as requested. Support leaders to drive key business development initiatives and build relationships with clients and client EA’s. Your contributions will directly enhance the client experience.

  • Embrace Technology: Leverage a suite of productivity and communication tools (e.g., Teams, Salesforce, Webex, OneDrive, etc.) to enhance efficiency and collaboration. You will be comfortable exploring and implementing innovative technologies to improve workflows.

  • Foster Collaboration: Work seamlessly with peer EA’s and other Management Services colleagues to ensure cohesive support across the firm. You will be a true collaborator, stepping in to support wherever needed.

  • Cultivate Curiosity: Continuously seek to understand the consulting business and the specific needs of the leaders you support. Your intellectual curiosity will enable you to anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions.

  • Office Presence: Support local office services and coordination, events, and client activities, and promote a welcoming office presence for colleagues, co-locating teams, and clients.
