About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure in a global consulting environment, balancing local market activation with regional campaign and practice marketing support.
You’ll be part of the APAC marketing team, driving initiatives that amplify Kearney’s practices, thought leadership, and client engagement across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Support
· Support the design and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across APAC and in specific markets, spanning digital, events, PR, and content.
· Partner with APAC practice leaders to support go-to-market initiatives, shape messaging, and ensure alignment with client needs.
· Conduct light market and competitive scans to inform practice marketing priorities and campaign planning.
· Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule, on brand, and aligned to firm priorities.
· Maintain the editorial and campaign calendar, ensuring visibility across markets and practices.
· Maintain reporting, CRM updates, and campaign performance tracking.
Content & Digital Marketing
· Assist with content development and localization for regional and market use, including global reports and locally originated thought leadership.
· Apply strong editorial judgment to help shape storylines, elevate draft content, and ensure clarity and impact.
· Translate complex consulting concepts into compelling, market-ready narratives that strengthen practice visibility.
· Support commercialization of thought leadership through multi-channel campaigns that drive client engagement.
· Assess content fit for different audiences—including C-suite, media, and industry communities—and adapt messaging accordingly.
· Draft and edit copy for Kearney’s digital channels, ensuring messaging is consistent and aligned with firm priorities.
· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to produce digital marketing assets, videos, and email campaigns.
· Manage and update website content in coordination with the regional and global team.
Events & PR Execution
· Support the delivery of client events, webinars, and executive roundtables, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-the-day execution.
· Liaise with PR agencies and assist with monitoring and reporting media coverage.
· Ensure that marketing collateral and partner-facing presentations are up to date and aligned with current practice priorities.
Analytics & Reporting
· Track and analyze marketing performance metrics across web, social, email, and events.
· Set campaign KPIs that align with practice goals and audience needs.
· Apply knowledge of funnel analysis to inform content and campaign decisions.
· Maintain strong CRM hygiene and support lead-nurturing workflows; maintain accurate records and campaign tagging in Salesforce.
· Prepare regular performance summaries that help the team measure impact and refine future plans.
Collaboration & Initiative
· Work closely with APAC marketing team to align activities and share best practices.
· Proactively contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and process improvements.
· Be ready to support ad-hoc marketing needs across APAC when priorities shift or new initiatives launch.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing or communications—ideally in management consulting, professional services, or a regional/global organization.
· Experience working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders across countries and time zones.
· Proven ability to support integrated marketing campaigns and coordinate content, events, and digital activities.
· Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
· Proficiency using Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Strong organizational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
