Experienced Strategy Consultant

Copenhagen office are looking for experienced startegy consultants. As a consultant in Kearney, you will work in consulting project teams to help clients solve complex strategic challenges and deliver practical, lasting impact. Projects vary in scope, industry, and location, offering broad exposure and hands-on experience from day one.

You will work closely with colleagues and clients to analyse problems, develop recommendations, and support implementation in an open, collaborative, and high-performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse data, conduct market and competitor assessments, and develop insights
• Support project workstreams in developing and implementing client recommendations
• Contribute to business development, proposals, thought leadership, and firm-building initiatives
• Take an active role in recruiting, training, and mentoring activities

Who you are

We are looking for collaborative, analytical, and curious problem-solvers who are excited to make an impact.

You have:

• A completed master’s degree
• 2–4 years of experience from a leading strategy consulting firm
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to take ownership, prioritise effectively, and work well in teams
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
