As an Associate at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Product Excellence and Renewal Lab (PERLab) as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients.
The Product Excellence and Renewal Lab (PERLab) fuses world-class product design with Kearney's operational expertise to transform product portfolios. With a deep knowledge of consumer insights and design, PERLab improves profits, reduces complexity and costs, streamlines the supply chain, and helps companies achieve their sustainability goals. In partnership with TEAMS Design, renowned for its expertise in product design, user experience, and industrial design, PERLab tears down products, addresses pain points within the manufacturing and supply chain process, and unlocks new ways to improve margins and operational efficiencies in every stage of the product life cycle.

Who you are
Hold a master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences, preferably as an engineer, or a technical or scientific degree with top academic results
Highly analytical problem solver
Be curious about how things work (products, machines, technologies, etc.)
Take ownership with identifying and developing novel capabilities that will help our clients design and build more efficient products
Professional experience in one or multiple of the following areas: chemical engineering, design of electronic hardware / devices, design of mechanical / industrial / automotive systems, packaging design / science, R&D
Academic extracurricular experience in one or multiple of the following: FSAE, Baja SAE, Solar Car Challenge, National Robotics League, or similar
Be located near or willing to relocate to Munich, Stuttgart or Amsterdam
Fluency in written and spoken English; basic knowledge of German or Dutch is sufficient and other languages are an advantage
MBA degree or non-MBA advanced degree preferred
5-10 years of professional experience
