Job Description

Calling all LGBTQIA+ students!

…interested in a career in consulting?

…want to mingle with real-life Kearney consultants?

…curious to know what it is like to be LBGTQIA+ and work at Kearney?

Make your mark at our PROUD Academy in April 2021!

Kearney’s PROUD Academy is back—and, this time, we are virtual!

Join us on 7-9 April from the comfort of your very own home for three days of training and practical activities followed by intimate social events in the evenings where you can learn more about us and we can meet your houseplants, pets, and more!

During the Academy, you will have the opportunity to explore the world of strategy consulting, develop your business skills, and sharpen your problem-solving abilities, all while learning first-hand, in a comfortable and inclusive setting, about life as a consultant.

Who we are

As a global consulting partnership in more than 40 countries, our people make us who we are. We’re individuals with different passions and strengths who take as much joy in the work we do as from those we work with. Over the years we’ve fostered a culture in which we are united by shared values—passion, solidarity, generosity, curiosity and boldness—and these come alive in the work we do and how we do it.

We take pride in being individual and inclusive and create a place where everyone can bring their full self to work. Our PROUD network is Kearney’s global network for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender/gender diverse, intersex and queer (LGBTQIA+) employees and allies. Our PROUD colleagues come from all levels and areas of the firm and work to create a supportive work environment that allows our people to be themselves, feel appreciated in the workplace, and develop and advance their careers.

Who you are

If you’re reading this, you’re smart enough to already know what we’re looking for. Insightful, yes. Inquisitive, naturally. Collaborative, of course. But we’re also looking for problem-solvers who think further than that and who are always unapologetically themselves. This business is fundamentally about making connections—between facts, figures, insights, strategies, tools, technologies and above all, people.

We look forward to receiving applications from like-minded individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+ and are:

 -  Analytically inclined and love solving problems

 -  Ready to share your ideas and opinions as soon as you join a team

 -  A non-MBA student in Europe, Turkey, or Africa graduating before the end of 2022

 -  Have the right to work and live in your chosen office location*

 -  Fluent in English plus the local language(s) of your chosen office location

*Note: most countries cannot provide work sponsored visas to junior candidates.
