Job Description

As a PERLab Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for leading the Marketing activation for our Product Excellence and Renewal Lab (PERLab), Kearney’s global dedicated practice for “everything product”. You will work with our PERLab design and development experts across the globe to create innovative and engaging marketing assets that help us to help organizations disrupt markets and leapfrog the competition. 

This role requires prior experience in product marketing, an ability to use storytelling to maximum effect, and a holistic view of marketing channels as a driver for client impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work with the Global Brand and Content Strategy Director to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement global marketing activation plan and reporting objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership to provide updates and insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, consultants, and regional & global marketing teams.
  • Review the marketing mix on a periodic basis to ensure that the offering is constantly evolving and marketing leading.
  • Identify key partnership opportunities (Media, Industry, Academic) to build ecosystem / network effect to support brand growth and expansion.
  • Stakeholder management with partners, consultants, regional & global marketing teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience with 3-5 years in a B2B product marketing role (corporation or agency).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership and influence outcomes.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, especially at a senior / Partner level.
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing campaign activation, as well as partnership development.
  • The role is US based but does require experience of working with global stakeholders.

PERLab Product Marketing Manager Compensation - $110-125k: It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.  In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
