Job Description

As a COOP intern at Kearney, you will contribute to consulting project teams as they offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Depending on each client’s unique needs, projects can differ in length, size, and location, giving you unique, hands-on experiences across a range of industries and service practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project teams by understanding, refining, and prioritizing research needs.
  • Identify key issues, form hypotheses, and determine appropriate research solutions.
  • Clarify scope and approach through proactive questioning.
  • Conduct high-quality analysis, validate assumptions, and identify data anomalies.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize information into firm-formatted deliverables like spreadsheets, summaries, or exhibits.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Through targeted research and document creation, you can build knowledge in specific content areas ("spikes") and develop expertise.
  • Develop effective client relationships and collaborate with client teams to obtain needed information.

The KSA COOP Program offers up to 6 months of training, with cycles starting in January and July, and potential employment through the Ruwwad KSA Analyst Program. The next cycle begins in January and February 2025.
