Requirements:

-          Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or related fields from a Tier-1 Engineering College (IITs/BITS/NIT/IIITs/DTU)

-          3-5 years of technology product design and development, preferably with a focus on building procurement products

-          Experience in start-up environment a plus

-          Understanding of technology and application development process

-          Understanding of procurement and operations process and interest in transformation projects directly and indirectly related to Strategic Operations

-          Strong technical affinity, including proficiency in Python

-          Strong written/ verbal communication and presentation skills

-          Entrepreneurial spirit

-          Insightful, inquisitive, collaborative

-          Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-          Curiosity and interest in understanding customer needs and user interactions with products

-          Positive, can-do attitude; proactive, highly motivated self-starter

-          Availability for an onsite role at our Gurgaon office

-          Experience in developing customer segmentation and customer journeys

 

Job Responsibilities:

-          Collaborate closely with the team’s leadership in developing, launching, and optimizing procurement products, features, and solutions

-          Contribute to market and customer research projects to inform product strategies

-          Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in AI product development, with a focus on Generative AI

-          Utilize hypothesis-based testing to discover product needs and conduct brainstorming workshops to identify requirements

-          Communicate product requirements effectively to internal and external stakeholders

-          Develop proof-of-concept models for potential product features

-          Collaborate with designers and developers to bring product concepts to fruition

-          Engage in the design and execution of experiments, fine-tuning model parameters for optimal product quality

-          Collaborate with external partners/vendors to enhance product capabilities

-          Oversee Minimum-viable-product (MVP) release cycles, in “Agile” fashion, with prioritized features to meet consultant and client needs

-          Drive commercialization & adoption of assets with Kearney delivery teams; developing of marketing messaging to end-customers
