Job Description

Purpose of Position:



Provide a wide range of general administrative support. Individual is also expected to actively participate as a member of the office’s overall administrative team; this includes providing coverage, assistance, and back-up for other administrative staff.  Individual is expected to maintain a working knowledge of the Firm and its industry and service practices, as well as other business units.



Primary Functions and Responsibilities: 


  • Reception activities: answering call, greeting visitors, etc
  • Keep a good inventory of stock and ensuring orders are made in a timely manner
  • Provide support to project team members on client documents, translations, surveys, research, etc.
  • Provide tender support
  • Produce accurate, properly formatted, typed and proofread documents and correspondence under normal and tight time constraints. 
  • Assist in organizing various office initiatives and activities.
  • Assist team members and visitors, and provide additional backup assistance as requested by Office Manager (i.e. reception/office services)
  • Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day activities are performed in a prompt and cost-effective manner
  • Provide general office administration support to all levels of staff
  • Efficiently and expeditiously complete tasks and fulfill requests
  • Other duties as assigned
