The internship period is expected until December 2026.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in key Onboarding, Recruitment & HR programs/ initiatives for the South East Asia region (focus on recruitment end to end).

  • Live support experienced hiring program across Southeast Asia countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand) through data reporting, data analytics, process communication, global tool-based tracking and documentation.

  • Rare opportunity for students to learn about - working of HR in global organization, running and implementation of recruitment processes, performance management and HR operations in live business setting.

  • Live support day to day HR operations while shadowing the HR lead in Southeast Asia

  • Support deployment of Performance Management through data reporting, development of communication plans, in close collaboration with HR team and key stakeholders.

  • Help support roll out of special Recruitment and HR programs/projects/initiatives through the year

 

Key relationships:

  • This role will work closely with Recruitment and HR Leads.

  • This will collaborate with extended HR teams based in APAC, senior consultants and with other teams in SEA

 

In order to succeed in the role, the candidate will:

  • Be self-disciplined, pays attention to details and is organized

  • Be able to work independently, with minimal supervision

  • Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Possess strong communication skills in English language

  • Possess Excel skills (pivots, vlookup, charts) and PowerPoint skills
