Overall Mission of the Position Provide administrative and secretarial support to Partners and Principals in the consulting practice. Coordinate administrative requirements for consultant teams when required. Contribute as a team member to the overall culture of Kearney locally and globally. Proactively get involved with all aspects of engagement including start up meeting, liaising with clients and managing required admin assistance. Value Delivery Personal Assistance to Senior Management (Partners and Principals): Manage extensive travel arrangements and visa arrangements Proactively manage diaries Set up meetings and organize events Monitor and submit expense claims and complete time-sheets Shared Office Responsibilities: Provide support for internal and external events/meetings. Work as a team with other Admin Assistants to cover busy periods and peers taking leave Assist when requested with arranging firm building and client functions including end of quarter events, mid- year function, end of year function, in house and off-site training as well as marketing and alumni functions Educational Background A diploma or degree from recognized university/institute. Professional Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior administrative support role Extensive experience with Microsoft Office software packages Skills Profile Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) High level of customer service orientation Professionalism and maturity Ability to work independently and establish personal workflow patterns Highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail Proactive in recognizing and anticipating needs of the work group Good communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to establish relationships at all levels within Kearney Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Kearney has long recognized the value that diversity brings to our business and the clients we serve. Monitor managers’ phones and email communications as agreed
Co-ordinate and assist with individual marketing initiatives as agreed with Partners and Principals including arranging client meetings, distributing firm collateral.
Assist with answering phones and welcoming visitors
