About the job
As the marketing specialist for our Dubai office, you will support and contribute to the regional marketing plan, with a focus on the Middle East. You will be responsible for developing and delivering effective marketing and communication programs in support of building Kearney’s brand profile and prestige for key audiences, clients, alumni, recruits, and media.
In this role, you will have exposure to many projects working closely with leaders, offering a great opportunity to grow and develop marketing, communication, and project management skills. As a member of the global marketing and communications team, you will work collaboratively with our in-house global creative, digital marketing, alumni, events, and communications teams. You will also connect with regional marketers across the globe to tailor global programs and content locally.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be curious, proactive, and enjoy working on fast-paced projects, which requires building effective relationships across all levels. The role requires attention to detail, strong writing skills, and thoughtful awareness of marketing trends. You’ll be rewarded with exposure to wide-ranging marketing activity through regional and global brand engagement, practice marketing activity, recruitment marketing, alumni, and social impact programs.
Reporting directly to the MEA Marketing Director in Dubai, you will be given the freedom to be yourself along with recognition for what you bring to the table, allowing you make a real impact and be a true Kearney Original.
Key responsibilities
· Plan, develop and implement integrated marketing programs and communication activities to raise the Kearney brand in the Middle East
· Support the creation and adaptation of marketing content, with a client-centric view and a PR-first approach where needed.
· Support and drive profile raising in the local market together with local PR and Communications agency, including coordinating direct media opportunities.
· Coordinate the development and production of local content and the localisation of global content, including publishing and promotion of content on digital platforms, in line with the Kearney brand identity and tone of voice (real, refreshing, relatable).
· Work closely with regional and global teams (digital, web, recruiting, alumni), external vendors to support marketing initiatives.
· Support social media strategy and digital engagement to develop social media campaigns for Middle East focused initiatives working together with the global and regional marketing teams; to be posted on the Kearney global + ME&A accounts.
· Help to build social media supporters across the region to encourage employee advocacy.
· Monitor local marketing activity spend and evaluate opportunities against budget.

We want to hear from you if you:
- Hold a university degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or business
- Have 5-7 years of proven marketing & campaign experience (professional services other corporate institutions preferred)
- Have experience of developing and executing marketing & comms plans & campaigns
- Have proven experience across online and offline marketing activities (digital, social media, thought leadership creation, PR + events)
- Have strong English proficiency, Arabic proficiency is desirable.
- Possess excellent Microsoft Office + willingness to learn and develop new online platforms capabilities.
- Have experience with CRM systems and e-marketing platforms a plus.
- Have experience working and collaborating virtually, across an international team – preferable.

- Are a professional, clear, and concise communicator, with strong creative writing skills.
- Are an effective collaborator, who can influence and build trusted relationships across all levels, in a matrix organisation.
- Possess Strong project management skills, able to work independently and in teams to create, manage, and meet deadlines.
- Are confident to ideate with multiple stakeholders, including external vendors, local office staff and global functional teams to develop marketing plans, to build and execute campaign materials, digital marketing assets and organise high value events.
- Have good entrepreneurship and comfortable in a working environment where priorities often shift.
