Job Description

Reporting to the Kearney Global IT Director, this position is responsible for managing office administrative functions within the KNet department.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Processing and tracking all vendor invoices for IT related purchases and services using SAP invoice processing system
  • Manage department Mastercard Purchase Card expenses and rebilling process
  • Work closely with extended team members (i.e. data network, systems, telecom etc.) to research and escalate billing issues
  • Work with vendors and Kearney Accounts Payable regarding billing and payment issues
  • Maintain invoice log in up to date manner
  • Organize and retain department records (invoices, contracts, service orders etc.)
  • Project work as required, may include budget/financial management, service provisioning (particularly in the area of telecommunication or data network services)
  • Assist with maintenance of content on internal KNet support website
  • Review KNet documentation
  • Support daily administration of mobile telephone program
  • Organize travel events and meetings
  • Assist with managing the calendars of department management personnel
  • Participate in regular KNet Global Management Team (GMT) meetings
  • Maintain timesheets and process expenses for KNet team members
  • Manage vendor security assessments
  • Other / Ad hoc support responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite including proficiency with Excel features and math functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Self-motivated / work independently with high level direction
  • Able to prioritize work activities
  • Working knowledge of SAP desired but not critical
  • Able to work from home with reliable internet connection

This is a contract position with approximate working dates from April 2021 through October 2021.
