Job Description

As Administrative Assistant within our Prague office, you will be responsible for providing support for the management team, organizing team meetings and events, while working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people.

Key responsibilities

  

-     Providing administrative support to two senior colleagues – planning meetings, calendar management, coordinating business itineraries and travel arrangements, managing expenses etc.

-      Collaboration within office and with unit teams on interesting projects

-    Fleet management - ordering cars, reporting insurance claims, and providing spare cars, ensuring tire change, communication with suppliers, checking the monthly report of installments etc.

-      Supporting marketing, recruiting and social media activities and business development

-      Organizing individual language courses for employees

-      Organizing team meetings and events

-      Keeping relationship with the travel team and credit card provider

-      Keeping the office space clean and tidy

-      Ordering and preparing refreshments for visitors

-      Contributing to friendly and supportive atmosphere in the office

-      Visa processing

-      Administrative support in the preparation of client offers

-      Further activities as needed (e.g. reception back-up)

 

Who you are:

We want to hear from you if you:

   

-      Have excellent organizational skills, proactivity, positive attitude, flexibility

-      Rely on experience in a similar position or other related industries (2 – 5 years)

-      Hold a University degree

-      Have strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

-      Rely on excellent communication skills in Czech and English

-      Are independent and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
