Entrepreneurial approach
As a senior consultant, you will work alongside our clients, rather than working on projects from a distance. Typical responsibilities include:
· Recommending and implementing actions that you create with colleagues
· Leading Client and analyst teams
· Gather, validate, compile and analyze relevant data from a variety of data sources across the client organization
· Conduct material group and procurement market analyses
· Assess procurement functions, processes and practices and help transform the organization
· Manage and drive the process of category strategy development and sourcing in collaboration with client team members and business stakeholders
· Engage with suppliers and support clients in preparing supplier negotiations
· Train client procurement professionals
· Writing proposals.

What We Seek
We look for talented problem-solvers with intellectual curiosity who are ready to be active members of a client team. Senior consultants are typically involved in every phase of a sourcing project, from pre-proposal research to final implementation. The following qualifications are preferred:
· A proven record of academic excellence with excellent analytical and communication skills
· An innovative and collaborative approach to problem-solving and developing solutions
· Relevant professional experience (5+ years), preferably as a supply management consultant or as a procurement professional having proven experience in e.g. category management, SRM, game theory, design-for-value, -(not exhaustive)
· Eagerness to collaborate, coach, mentor, and help others grow professionally
