The People Experience Advisor is the oil that keeps the machine running. The individual in this role will ensure that information flows from point A to point B, that everyone they support knows where to be, what to do and how best to get there.
The People Experience Advisor (PEA) will work directly with People Experience Managers and aspire to grow into this role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- The PEA will work closely with junior consultants to understand their background, their development needs, and ensure they know how best to navigate the firm.
- The PEA will take guidance from their manager on how best to support the ecosystem of consultant development including aligning and coaching mentors, ensuring feedback is flowing from Projects to consultants (EPEs), identifying training needs etc.
- The PEA will facilitate performance management reviews ensuring the process runs smoothly, all inputs are complete and available, provide coaching to junior consultants on how to write self-evals and structuring feedback follow-ups as needed.
- The person in this role will also feed information across the team to ensure a smooth flow of information.
- The PEA will do ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
- Operating as a true team player, the PEA will be part of the larger People Experience team in the region. Solidarity and Generosity will be core to the functioning of this team.

- Hold a bachelor's degree (required)
- Have three to five years of Human Resources, Recruiting or Professional Development experience (required)
- Possess a proactive, client-centric approach and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Are organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring consistent, high-quality work
- Are comfortable working with data and drawing meaningful insights and conclusions
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders across the firm
- Are a thoughtful communicator and work well in a collaborative and flexible setting
- Have strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

People Experience Advisor compensation range: $75k-$92k in New York and $70k-$90k in Chicago. It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
