As a Manager, you will be an integral part of Kearney case teams, working closely with clients and colleagues to develop insights and deliver high-impact results. You will support engagements from start to finish—problem definition through analysis, synthesis, and client communication.
You will contribute to client work addressing challenges related to corporate strategy, performance improvement, enterprise transformation, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial strategy initiatives across the Healthcare sector. Given the continued growth of our Healthcare sector, we are particularly interested in candidates with experience across the payer and health insurance landscape as well as product and pricing strategy engagements.
Key responsibilities:
Structuring and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
Supporting corporate, growth, product, pricing, and commercial strategy engagements for Healthcare clients
Advising payer and health insurance clients on strategic growth, operational improvement, and market positioning initiatives
Contributing to enterprise transformation initiatives, including organizational design and effectiveness
Synthesizing findings into clear, concise storylines and client-ready materials
Supporting business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations
Working collaboratively with team members and client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

We want to hear from you if you have:
An MBA (preferred) and 8+ years of professional experience
Experience working in management consulting (required)
Relevant experience within Healthcare, including expertise supporting payer and health insurance organizations
Experience supporting product strategy, pricing strategy, or commercial excellence engagements within Healthcare
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience leading proposal development, participating in client pitches, and driving business development within existing accounts
A passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues
Demonstrated ability to independently manage at least one major workstream
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in team-based, client-facing environments
A willingness to travel as required

Manager base salary – $212,000-$235,000. It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
