We are looking to fill this position for our newly opened PERLab office in Amsterdam. On-site work is strongly preferred, remote work is possible upon agreement.

Your Responsibilities
· Support our Product Excellence & Renewal Lab consultants in their day-to-day work and become an integral part of live client projects.
· Contribute to improving products in multiple ways—making them more cost-efficient, customer-centric, or sustainable.
· Take on a wide variety of tasks, such as conducting product analyses, developing comprehensive portfolio strategies, researching consumer behavior and market trends, identifying new production processes, and assisting with data analysis and client presentations.
· Help organize and coordinate internal and external events (e.g., workshops) and maintain contact with external partners.
Your Profile
· You’re curious about how things work, why they succeed, and passionate about improving products together with your team and clients.
· You are currently enrolled at a university (from the 4th bachelor’s semester onward) and have gained initial practical experience through one or two internships. Master’s students should be at least 12 months away from graduation.
· You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, spoken and written. German is a bonus.
· We welcome applications from students in business administration or STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) who are currently enrolled.
Additional Information
· The position is available from January 2026.
· You’ll work 15–20 hours per week during the semester, with the option to increase hours during semester breaks.
· Ideally, you are available for at least one year or longer
