About the Project
As a client-facing team member, you’ll collaborate within international project teams composed of consultants and data scientists. Your core responsibilities will include delivering analysis using Python (focusing on “what is the business impact”), developing dashboards in Power BI, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.

Join a dynamic team of ~30 data scientists and developers who work closely with consulting teams and clients to provide analytics tools and insights. Job Responsibilities
- Support senior data scientists in developing and deploying machine learning models
- Contribute to building scalable analytical solutions using Python and related data science libraries
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights and solve business problems
- Assist in preparing and processing large datasets for analysis and modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business workflows
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based solutions)
Key Requirements
The candidate needs to have at least 2 of the skills below:
- Python (most used: Pandas)
- SQL (Basic)
- Visualization (most used: Power BI)
- Machine Learning (most used: Kmeans, XGBoosts)
Availability: Possible to be a student, but availability needs to be Monday - Friday, flexible time during day.
Location: Warsaw (to meet the team in the office 1-2/week).
