About the role:
We're looking for a Junior Sustainability Program Lead to support and drive our global sustainability and social impact agenda. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives across the firm.
What we're looking for:
· Strong project management and organisational skills
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
· High attention to detail with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Passion for sustainability and willingness to learn
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
Key responsibilities:
· Support the delivery of Kearney’s global sustainability strategy, including environmental, social impact, and people initiatives
· Manage and track sustainability data, reporting, and certifications (e.g. carbon footprint, ESG metrics, audits)
· Help drive firmwide initiatives to reduce environmental impact (e.g. emissions, waste, sustainability programs)
· Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainable ways of working
· Contribute to sustainability reporting, communications, and client/RFP responses
· Support programs that drive community impact and employee engagement
