Key Requirements

Experienced and highly skilled Senior QA Testing Engineer with a strong background in manual and automation testing using Selenium, and expertise in supply chain operations. As a Senior QA Testing Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products and contributing to the success of our projects.

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

·       Minimum of 8+  years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.

·       Strong proficiency in both manual and automation testing, with a focus on Selenium.

·       Demonstrated experience in creating, maintaining, and executing test scripts and test cases.

·       Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

·       Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies is a plus.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex software systems.

·       Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

·       ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications are a plus.

·       Functional expertise in supply chain operations is required.

·       Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies for our software products, including both manual and automated testing.
  2. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other testing tools to improve efficiency and test coverage.
  3. Perform manual testing of various software applications, identifying defects and ensuring they are resolved.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, develop test plans, and provide testing estimates.
  5. Design and maintain test cases, test data, and test environments to ensure thorough testing coverage.
  6. Execute regression, functional, integration, and performance testing as required.
  7. Identify and report software defects with clear documentation, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members, sharing your expertise and best practices.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
  10. Contribute to process improvements and quality assurance best practices within the organization.
