The following general qualifications are preferred:

  • A proven record of academic excellence

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.

  • An innovative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

  • Natural self-direction, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and learn quickly.

  • Previous experience leading and managing teams.

  • Eagerness to collaborate, coach, mentor, and help others grow professionally.

  • At least four-eight years work experience in a rigorous environment, such as a global company or consulting firm. 

  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred for Associates and above.

Main duties:  

  • Consulting with our clients' senior management and executive leaders;

  • Discussing business and organisational challenges and identifying solutions;

  • Identifying business development opportunities and develop proposals for new engagements with clients;

  • Gathering, analyzing and drawing strategic and technical conclusions from data you and others have gathered;

  • Developing actionable recommendations;

  • Facilitating the implementation of these recommendations;

  • Self-directed within consulting teams with the initiative to contribute beyond the scope of formal project duties.
