We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Campus Recruiting Manager to lead our campus recruiting efforts across North America. This role is ideal for a proven recruiting professional with deep expertise in campus strategy, team leadership, and a passion for leveraging technology and data to drive results. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s early talent pipeline, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and delivering measurable outcomes.
We want to hear from you if you:
‒ Hold a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree preferred.
‒ Have 10+ years of experience in campus recruiting, with at least three years in a manager role, preferably within consulting or professional services.
‒ Demonstrate a proven track record of leading recruiting teams and delivering strategic outcomes.
‒ Possess strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools and reporting platforms.
‒ Have exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership abilities.
‒ Can travel (minimal), attend events outside of business hours, and be in the office at least once per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
‒ Design and execute a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy aligned with firm growth goals and practice needs.
‒ Lead a team of recruiters, coordinators, and assistants, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
‒ Partner with senior leadership, school teams, and practice leaders to align recruiting efforts with business priorities.
Technology & Data Analytics
‒ Utilize talent acquisition platforms, both ATS and CRM systems, to manage candidate pipelines, track metrics, and optimize workflows.
‒ Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance, diversity metrics, and conversion rates.
‒ Identify trends and insights from data to inform strategic decisions and improve process efficiency.
‒ Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and solutions to enhance campus recruiting efforts, such as automating candidate screening, personalizing outreach, and identifying high-potential talent through predictive analytics.
Campus Engagement & Branding
‒ Oversee engagement with top-tier universities and business schools, including event planning, relationship management, and brand positioning.
‒ Ensure consistent messaging and firm representation across all campus touchpoints.
‒ Innovate digital marketing and social media strategies to attract top talent.
Candidate Experience & Quality Delivery
‒ Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from application through offer acceptance.
‒ Build application and interview strategies, manage feedback loops, and offer negotiations with precision and care.
‒ Maintain high standards of fairness, transparency, and inclusivity throughout the recruiting process.
Program Management
‒ Provide strategic oversight and guidance for the Summer Consultant Program, including alignment on onboarding, performance tracking, and conversion strategies, in partnership with senior team members leading day-to-day execution.
‒ Collaborate with Diversity & Inclusion teams to embed equity into recruiting practices and events.
‒ Inspire and train Interviewers at all levels of the firm and ensure a consistent process aligned to the global standards.
‒ Own the recruiting calendar and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with HR, Learning & Development, and Practice teams.

Campus Recruiting Manager compensation range: $130k–180k. It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
