Description

The Kearney Women’s Scholarship is open to female citizens or permanent residents of a Central Eastern European country (Bucharest, Ljubljana, Prague, Warsaw, Zagreb) who are university students in their second year of undergrad through their final year of graduate study.

The recipient will be provided with the following:

  • Up to €10,000 to be used to support either their next year of study or other education-related activities
  • Mentorship from a senior female consultant
  • A 10-week internship in one of our CEE offices (Bucharest, Ljubljana, Prague, Warsaw, Zagreb)
  • Access to all in-house trainings

 

How to apply

Applicants are asked to submit both items below to be considered:

  1. Submit a one- to two-minute video in response to these two questions:
    Tell us about a time when someone inspired you and why.
    Describe a situation where you demonstrated your core values.
    Please send your video by link (for example, using Google Photos or Apple iCloud) to CEE.HR@kearney.com.
  2. A cover letter, CV and academic transcripts (unofficial copies are acceptable). Please submit your documents through the Kearney local career pages.

Finalists' selection: January 27, 2025

Finalists’ day event: February 28, 2025

   

Our Women’s Scholarship Finalists’ Day will be held in Kearney Warsaw office. Shortlisted finalists must be available to attend the event in person. Kearney will support travel expenses. If circumstances require, the date may change, or the event may shift to an online format.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of English and one of the local languages of Central Eastern Europe: Croatian, Czech, Polish, Romanian or Slovenian (proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus)
  • Proven record of academic excellence
  • International experience (work or study)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Forward-thinking and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
