As a Kinaxis Solutions Architect at Kearney, you will lead the design and implementation of supply chain planning solutions for clients using Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse). Working with clients to understand their business needs, you will translate those needs into effective Kinaxis Maestro solutions, guide a team of solution and technical consultants in configuring the platform, and help clients realize measurable value from their investments. You will work closely with project leaders, teammates, and practice leaders in a collaborative environment while supporting team development and business development efforts.

We want to hear from you if you are:
Experienced in implementing advanced planning solutions, with at least 10 years of experience across Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, E2Open, or similar platforms.
Experienced in supply chain planning functional design and implementation using Kinaxis Maestro.
Experienced in leading a team through at least five full-lifecycle implementations of a supply chain planning solution, including business requirements gathering, solution design and development, testing, go-live and cutover, hypercare, and value realization.
Accomplished in supply chain planning, including core principles, operational workflows such as demand projection, inventory control, and S&OP, performance metrics, and current trends and strategies in supply chain optimization.
Knowledgeable in software architecture principles, model design, build tasks, and related best practices.
A strong problem-solver who can analyze complex technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
An excellent communicator and collaborator with experience working in Agile environments.
Certified as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or have completed all requirements for Kinaxis Solution Architect certification.
Key Responsibilities
Lead solution-design activities, assign configuration tasks, oversee end-to-end implementation, and ensure adherence to quality standards and methodologies.
Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture Kinaxis Maestro configuration requirements across supply chain networks, processes, and objectives.
Translate business needs into Kinaxis Maestro specifications that incorporate industry trends and best practices.
Resolve complex data and analytics challenges to ensure that the solution produces expected results.
Oversee data-management and data-integration activities, including source-system data transformation, data loading into Maestro, and data cleanup and validation.
Support the customer and project team in quality-assurance practices for the configured solution, including executing unit-test scripts and supporting end-to-end testing and user-acceptance testing.
Assess project performance and document lessons learned to increase institutional knowledge.
Mentor and coach junior team members in model design and build-task execution throughout the project.
Work with business-development teams to identify and explore opportunities for additional work with clients and support efforts to scope new projects.

Compensation range: US$130,000–US$190,000 It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
