You have a strong grasp of emerging technologies, venture trends, and evolving market dynamics, with the ability to translate them into actionable opportunities for corporate innovation
You have deep experience in designing and executing venture programs, such as corporate accelerators, incubators, and pilot-driven innovation initiatives
You are skilled in stakeholder management, engaging with corporate executives, startup founders, and venture investors to drive high-value partnerships
You have strong business development experience, with a track record of identifying and converting new opportunities into meaningful engagements
You have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
You are adaptable, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and excited about working in a high-growth, startup-like environment within a globally connected firm
You are deeply curious and well-networked across the venture ecosystem, from founders and investors to corporate innovation leaders
What You’ll Do
Project Delivery: Lead regular discussions with Client executives to scope new projects, identify impact areas, highlight proactively sourced opportunities, and ensure continued alignment. Act as the day-to-day interface with key stakeholders at Client organizations; maintain ongoing dialogue and deep understanding of their core interests and end goals and set an account strategy that aligns with the Client’s priorities and where we can have the most impact
Startup Sourcing & Diligence: Identify, engage, and evaluate high-potential startups, leveraging venture networks to build a strong pipeline of emerging companies
Market Analysis & Research: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, venture trends, and market dynamics, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
Program Operations & Execution: Manage logistics, track key program metrics, and support structured engagements between corporate executives and startups
Deliverable development: Own the development of compelling materials for executive briefings, workshops, and strategy presentations, ensuring impact in all outputs
Network building: Continuously build authentic relationships with corporate executives, startup founders, and VC investors, while generating awareness and communicating our value proposition to the broader tech community.
What You’ve Done
7-10+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, corporate innovation, startups and entrepreneurship, or a related field (minimum 3 years of experience with a leading consulting firm)
Deep functional experience in areas including incubator and accelerator programs, CVCs, venture building, executing pilots and POCs, venture scouting, M&A, investments and due diligence
Strong understanding of venture ecosystems, startup scaling dynamics, and how to structure corporate-startup engagements for mutual benefit
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience working with C-level executives, startup founders, and investors
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs, balancing strategic objectives with tactical execution
A proactive, execution-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action and drive measurable outcomes
Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and the intersection of corporate and startup innovation
Flexibility to travel within MEA region
Requirements:
Role is for applicants currently in or willing to relocate to an office in the GCC region (e.g. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait etc.)

Highly competitive compensation package
Housing Allowance – This is a cash-based allowance to support housing and is part of total fixed salary. It is paid monthly along with the Base Salary
