Job Description

We are excited to invite you to apply to the Kearney Diversity Consulting Boot Camp in early June! The Kearney Diversity Consulting Boot Camp aims to provide newly admitted pre-MBA students of Black, Latino/Hispanic, Native American and Indigenous backgrounds with a virtual opportunity to learn about the firm, network with Kearney consultants, and participate in practice case interviews.

Program Overview

This will be a virtual three-day program hosted by current Kearney consultants that will include 1-on-1 case interviews, group case interviews and virtual happy hours with senior leaders at Kearney!

Upon completion of the virtual boot camp, participants will be notified if they have been chosen to interview for Kearney’s 2022 Summer Consultant Program.

Who you are

- Currently accepted into an MBA program scheduled to begin in Fall 2021

- Proven record of academic success

- Analytically inclined and love solving problems
- Ready to share your ideas and opinions as soon as you join a team
- Experienced 5-10 years in your chosen field
- Fluent in English

Practice Preferences

You are eligible to apply for the four practices below. During your application you will have the option to pick your ranking of the practices.


General Practice: Generalist role with no practice alignment. The Associate role is our post-MBA level consulting position and will work across industries and functions without specializing. All consultants are expected to specialize by the senior associate/manager level.  


Analytics Associate: The analytics associate role is the post-MBA level position in our Analytics practice, under the broader umbrella of Strategic Operations. Consultants who join the analytics team will work across industries. Candidates with a background in analytics should consider this role.


Strategic Operations Associate: The Strategic Operations associate role is the post-MBA level position aligned to our Strategic Operations practice. Consultants who join the Strategic Operations team will work across industries.  Candidates with a strong interest or background in operations (plan, make, source or deliver) should consider this role. Strategic operations associates will have the chance to work across all 4 towers.


Digital Transformation (DT) Associate: The DT Associate role is the post-MBA level position aligned to our Digital Transformation practice. Consultants who join the DT team will work across industries and will be functionally aligned to digital work. Candidates with a background in digital should consider this role.
