Kearney First Nations Scholarship & Internship Program

The scholarship aims to provide an opportunity to students that identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to experience the world of Management Consulting within a supportive and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to intern in either the Sydney or Melbourne Kearney office for 5 weeks during the Winter 2025 or Summer 2025/2026 semester break.

Scholarship and Internship details
The Kearney First Nations Scholarship is open to students with a minimum of 1 year of university education in business, commerce or management, who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. The recipient of the scholarship will receive:
- A competitive salary for the duration of the internship period;
- Up to $20,000 to be used to support either their next year of study or other educational related activities;
- Mentorship from a senior Kearney consultant;
- Access to specialised in-house management consultant training.

To be eligible for the scholarship, you must be:
¾ A current Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander identifying student in your second-to-final year of study;
¾ An Australian citizen or permanent resident with full Australian working rights.
