Who you are  

Insightful. Inquisitive. Collaborative. But we’re also looking for analytical problem solvers who think further than that, who don’t accept the first thing in front of them, and who are always unapologetically themselves. In addition, we look for individuals with the following experience or qualities:  

  • Undergraduate degree required 

  • Associate: MBA or non-MBA advanced degree preferred with 5-10 years of professional experience  

  • Senior Business Analyst: non-MBA advanced degree preferred with 3-5 years of professional experienced  

  • Previous consulting experience a plus  

  • Experience working in or alongside clients in the following industries  

  • Automotive 

  • Aerospace & Defense 

  • Transportation 

  • Industrial Products 

  • Infrastructure 

  • Functional expertise in Strategic Operations preferred  

  • Be located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, Washington D.C. or Toronto  

  • English fluency

FOR THIS REASON, WE ARE UNABLE TO CONSIDER BUSINESS ANALYST CANDIDATES THAT REQUIRE VISA SPONSORSHIP NOW OR IN THE FUTURE, THIS INCLUDES STEM OPT EXTENSIONS. IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE A MASTERS AND 3 YEARS OF ELIGIBLE STEM OPT TIME, OR CURRENTLY BE ON AN H-1B VISA THAT CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO KEARNEY FROM YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYER.
