About The Role
To manage the effective operation of all office activities including personnel administration, office services including vendor relations and the office budget, facilities management and administrative support. Provide a wide range of general administrative, marketing support and specialized project based support for Firm Partners, Principals and projects teams as needed. Support often is of a confidential nature. Individual will act as an administrative point person for more than one Partner and may support projects within his/her management’s responsibility. Individual is also expected to actively participate as a member of the office’s overall administrative team; this includes providing coverage, assistance, and back-up for other administrative staff. Position requires a thorough knowledge of Leadership’s and senior level consultants’ accountabilities and business needs. Individual is expected to maintain a working knowledge of the Firm and its industry and service practices, as well as other business units. - Supervise office administrative staff, including Office Services and Support Services (Administrative Assistants).
- Manage all aspects of administrative employee relations, including hiring, orientation, and training.
- Develop and implement backup systems for each position and manage administrative staffing requirements.
- Direct Office Services activities, including mail services, reception, conference services, and catering.
- Coordinate facilities management functions and maintain the car pool.
- Act as a liaison with building management and oversee telecom-related equipment and procedures.
- Develop and maintain the annual office budget, monitor expenditures, and conduct cost analyses.
- Procure general office supplies, equipment, furniture, and handle office remodeling or relocation projects.
- Maintain accurate floor plans with space assignments and office density metrics.
- Handle sensitive and confidential issues addressed to Partners/Principals, determining appropriate actions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting business correspondence, producing documents, and transcribing as needed.
- Manage travel arrangements, meetings, luncheons, conference calls, and videoconferences.
- Attend and participate in meetings, record minutes, and prepare financial and statistical reports.
- Conduct client research, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and support firm-building activities.
- Plan and execute major projects/meetings and ensure the Partner/Principal's schedule is followed.
- Provide telephone coverage, take messages, and support maintaining professional relationships.
- Process expense claims, oversee/direct clerical and temporary help as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality, prioritize conflicting needs, and handle matters expeditiously.
- Establish and maintain contact with A.T. Kearney staff members, sharing best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing small teams.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Compliance with applicable COVID safety requirements and protocols.
