Your Responsibilities
· Support our Product Excellence & Renewal Lab consultants in their day-to-day work and become an integral part of live client projects.
· Contribute to improving products in multiple ways—making them more cost-efficient, customer-centric, or sustainable.
· Take on a wide variety of tasks, such as conducting product analyses, developing comprehensive portfolio strategies, researching consumer behavior and market trends, identifying new production processes, and assisting with data analysis and client presentations.
· Help organize and coordinate internal and external events (e.g., workshops) and maintain contact with external partners.
Your Profile
· You’re curious about how things work, why they succeed, and passionate about improving products together with your team and clients.
· You are currently enrolled at a university (from the 4th bachelor’s semester onward) and have gained initial practical experience through one or two internships. Master’s students should be at least 12 months away from graduation.
· You have strong communication skills in both German and English, spoken and written.
· We welcome applications from students who are currently enrolled in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) and business administration with technical interest.
Additional Information
· The position is available from January 2026.
· You’ll work 15–20 hours per week during the semester, with the option to increase hours during semester breaks.
· Ideally, you are available for at least one year or longer.
