We advise client companies across sectors on a broad spectrum of sustainability and climate change topics with over 100 projects per year. You will be based in one of our European, North American or Middle East Offices as part of our Sustainability practice. You will work with a group of Kearney Consultants that are actively working to solve strategic sustainability topics.

 

Example of work you will do includes shaping & managing successful transformations & transactions by engaging the entire ecosystem of stakeholders, helping organizations transition to net zero emissions by decarbonizing value chains and capitalizing on new commercial opportunities, helping clients tackle resource scarcity and eliminating end-of-life waste by

reducing, re-using and recycling, etc.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor evolution on required area of expertise
  • Serve as firm subject matter expert with business development and project teams
  • Develop external and internal content
  • Identify partnership / alliance opportunities for Kearney to explore
  • Staff-able on client projects (not necessarily full time)

  • University degree
  • Master in Sustainability and 3+ years of experience in sustainability
  • Or 5+ years of experience in sustainability
  • Self-starting / pro-active, strong drive to contribute
  • Ability to work on a variety of topics simultaneously and flexibility to adapt as required
  • Strong team player and communication
  • Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Fluent in English

The base salary range for this role is $188,000 - $194,000. However, it is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.  In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
