Kearney Technical Analyst 2025

Job Description

As a Technical Analyst at Kearney, you will enable our employees to utilize standard technology effectively, ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

 

-       Deploy, optimize, and maintain PCs throughout their lifecycle.

-       Activate, troubleshoot, and support mobile phones and tablets.

-       Onboard new staff and offboard departing staff.

-       contact for office managers and local staff.

-       Manage assets, including ordering, invoicing, delivery, and disposal

 

Key Requirements

 

-       Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

-       Verbal and written knowledge of Polish and English

-       Working knowledge of Windows operating systems with particular focus on Troubleshooting, Debugging, Microsoft Management Console

-       Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Management Studio, basic SQL commands

-       Working knowledge of Printer and Multifunction Device installation, configuration and maintenance

-       Working knowledge of Active Directory

-       Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Portal
