Kearney Activate Salesforce Solutions Architect

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will help ensure the stability and viability of Salesforce solutions while designing and managing the delivery of cloud technology solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design scalable, well-architected technology solutions that meet business needs. 

You will contribute to the development and implementation of solutions built on Salesforce and Force.com technologies, including APIs, Apex, Aura/LWC, and ETL tools. The role involves collaborating with project teams and client stakeholders while helping guide the technical direction of Salesforce implementations. 

Key Responsibilities

    • Build Salesforce applications that are stable, scalable, and well architected 

    • Be a trusted advisor to our clients 

    • Collaborate with Cervello project team and client stakeholders to design technology solutions to meet client needs 

    • Lead a team of developers to deliver quality technology projects 

    • Define and govern coding standards, implement design patterns, and refactor existing code with industry best practices in mind 

    • Inspire creativity in a collaborative, team-oriented environment 

    • Mentor technical consultants in the practice and guide the direction of the team's goals, training, and certifications 

    • Provide technical expertise during sales pursuits 

Who You Are

We seek collaborative, detail-oriented consultants who enjoy working at the intersection of technology, data, and customer experience. You are comfortable engaging directly with clients, translating marketing goals into technical solutions, and balancing hands-on execution with structured delivery discipline.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience 

  • 8+ years' experience developing technology solutions 

  • 5+ years' experience with the Salesforce platform 

  • 3+ years' experience architecting Salesforce solutions 

  • Salesforce Certifications 

  • Experience designing custom Salesforce data models and deep understanding of Salesforce security/sharing mechanisms 

  • Experience designing, optimizing, and integrating business processes across different systems 

  • Development experience with ETL tools or other data integration experience 

  • Experience developing and deploying custom end-user systems 

  • Experience coaching and managing team members 

  • Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and enterprise application integration 

  • Experience with Agile Project Methodologies 

  • Experience working both with onshore and offshore development teams

Base Salary: Starting at $125k. It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.  In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
