About the Role
The Marketing Assistant is an integral part of Kearney’s Americas Marketing team and the Marketing Leadership Team, falling under the Global Marketing Team umbrella. The Marketing Assistant will be closely aligned with the Americas Marketing team based in Chicago and will collaborate and work independently to complete tasks on various projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Extensive calendar management for CMO and Head of Americas Marketing
- Support of internal meetings (Global Town Hall, US and Americas marketing calls, MLT offsites, etc.)
- Travel support
- Extensive file management (org charts, distribution lists, Marketer of the Month, Immediate Impact, charge codes, Marketing Buddies, etc.)
- Writing and editing support for the CMO (top updates for the Managing Partner, year-end notes, promotion emails, etc.)
- Organization of local team activities (holiday party, retreats, etc.)
- Extensive expense support for CMO, members of the MLT, and the US marketing department
- Biannual support of the Global Engagement Survey prep and recap (pulling reports from dashboard, creating executive summary, communicating deadline and reminders, etc.)
Key Requirements:
- Familiarity with MS Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and take proactive action
- Ability and interest to work outside of job description as needed
- Ability to work with sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong writing skills
- Discrete and confidential, due to access to confidential information
