About The Role

The DEI Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of the global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and recruitment marketing strategies for Kearney. As a support for global recruitment and diversity marketing programs, this role will report to the Recruitment & DEI Marketing Specialist (located in London). This position is based in Chicago.
Key Responsibilities
DEI Marketing
- Support and collaborate with the Recruitment & DEI Marketing Specialist (located in London) in the execution and communication of the firm’s DEI priorities and initiatives
- Collaborate with regional DEI Managers, internal communications, and local marketing teams to create and implement global DEI initiatives
- Review performance of DEI and recruiting materials and presentations, provide recommendations, and optimize strategy where appropriate
- Research diverse candidate attraction trends, best practices, and external benchmarks, and prepare recommendations based on findings
- Ensure alignment/compliance with global brand standards in all materials
- Align closely with alumni engagement and internal communications focal points to ensure materials follow brand consistency
- Contribute to the research of and application for external awards and recognitions
Recruitment Marketing
- Manage in-bound requests for recruitment marketing support in the Americas and APAC and support other regions as/if needed
- Assist in the creation of global recruitment materials
- Engage with external DEI associations and resources to drive talent attraction and engagement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree focused in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or Literature
- 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, recruiting, or diversity programs
- Ability to liaise and collaborate with multiple teams across different functions
- Strong interpersonal, time management, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media tools
