Who you are

The Paris office is looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to support our rapidly growing business. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, ready to support our clients, contribute to our practice development and work with high-performing teams whether junior consultants, peers or senior leadership. He / She will particularly thrive in an entrepreneurial context and must be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

But we’re also looking for problem-solvers who think further than that, who don’t accept the first thing in front of them, and who are always unapologetically themselves.

This business is fundamentally about making connections—between facts, figures, insights, strategies, tools, technologies and above all, people. That’s why we expect you to:

  •  Have strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise (minimum 6 years) in Data, Digital & IT
  • Have experience working in as a strategy or management consultant Have proven track record of team leadership and management
  • Experience managing proposal writing efforts; participating in pitches for consulting work; developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships
  • Hold a master’s or MBA degree
  • Be fluent in French and English
