Job Description

As an Sr. Business Analyst at Kearney, you will contribute to consulting project teams as they offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Depending on each client’s unique needs, projects can differ in length, size and location, giving you unique, hands-on experiences across a range of industries and service practices.

Key responsibilities

 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be able to contribute immediately as a full member of the client team. You are expected to contribute with innovative ideas, information and solutions. Working with experienced consultants, Senior Business Analysts develop models, perform complex analyses, develop recommendations and work on research assignments at both the office and client sites. Senior Business Analysts often travel while on assignments, undertaking a broad range of activities while gaining exposure to the business world. They may also participate in marketing activities and the preparation of proposals for new engagement opportunities.

̶         2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a rigorous environment, such as a global company or consulting firm, investment Banking or other relevant industry/functional experience.

̶         Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics and Engineering

̶         A proven record of academic excellence

̶         Fluent in English and Spanish (C1-C2 level)

Interview process
