Kearney is looking for an energetic and talented candidate to join the HR team covering the CEE Business Unit (Czech Rep., Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania) in the capacity of HR Intern. Students of any grades of their studies, including first year students, are welcome to apply. Applicants with the interest in long term cooperation will be preferred.
The position is based in our office in Prague, Czech Republic.

Job Responsibilities
- Providing support for the HR team, being actively involved in HR processes
- Coordinating the monthly Onboarding schedule for the new employees at Unit level
- Supporting the recruiting activities, managing applicant tracking system (Taleo) and recruiting event platform (Yello) throughout the recruitment process
- Delivering HR reports, preparing MS PowerPoint presentations
- Providing support in data tracking for performance management processes
- Covering administrative tasks
