Kearney is looking for an expert in human resources management systems to be part of the global digital HR team.
Key Responsibilities
• Be part of the Solutions team assisting with new updates and enhancements to our digital HR landscape
• Have a good understanding of, and experience in, working with HR applications
• Assist with our DEI initiatives as they relate to our HRIS environment
• Assist with updating our data privacy consent statements with guidance from our legal teams, relating to GDPR and other data privacy legislation, and ensure global compliance.
• Support our data governance policy and security/user access with documented updates.
• Work with the business on new enhancements and application updates
• Consult with the functional team on all suggested enhancements/changes and prepare the HRIS team and the stakeholders for their for review
• Collaborate with stakeholders on new enhancement requests relating to our digitization efforts
• Collaborate with vendors on application updates, time lines and project plans
• Assist with ad hoc projects including assisting with preparing business case for application upgrades, testing new system enhancements or defects
• Be the key functional resource supporting and documenting our firm integrations and updating OneTrust, our data integrations software
• Be fully immersed in new project requirements and assist as needed, in some cases, leading the project.
Knowledge Skills and Requirements
• Strong Project Management Methodology, including Agile
• Strong communication skills
• Strong understanding of HR processes to support application updates in our HR digitization efforts
• Experience of either working within an HRIS or HR function
• 3+ years’ experience of using HR platforms
• Experience with 3rd party cloud solutions within HR
• Good understanding of GDPR (and other data privacy regulations, preferred but not required)
• Direct or indirect experience in supporting DEI efforts
• Experience in managing projects from end to end, including gathering requirements, documenting the solution, collaborating with relevant teams, communicating with stakeholders
• Experience of documenting processes and policies e.g. for audits and for data governance, preferred
• Desire to build a career within the HR technology space
Knowledge Skills and Requirements
• Be fully versed on Peoplesoft HCM 9, or any other Core HR software
• Strong communication skills
• Strong on Microsoft Suite
• Strong communication skills

• Works well with global team
• Minimum BS / BA degree
