Who We’re Looking For

We welcome high-caliber candidates with varied academic and professional backgrounds who are motivated to build deep expertise in procurement, supply chain, localization, capital projects and commercial advisory. Applicants may include outstanding graduates, experienced consultants, or industry professionals seeking to operate at a higher level of impact.

If you are applying to an entry or junior position, you are likely a strong fit if you bring:

·        A strong academic record with a bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized university in engineering, business, economics, or a related quantitative discipline.

·        Interest in purchasing and supply chain management, preferably with initial experience in these areas.

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent in Arabic and English).

·        Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking skills, and creativity in problem solving.

·        You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy performance-oriented work.

·        Strong learning agility and adaptability, with the ambition to grow in a fast-scaling regional platform.

If you are applying to a manager position, you are likely a strong fit if you bring:

·        A strong academic record with a bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized university in engineering, business, economics, or a related quantitative discipline.

·        A postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CIPS)

·        Proven experience (5+ years) in consulting or advisory environments, solving complex, ambiguous client problems.

·        Industry experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or capital-intensive sectors.

·        Exceptional analytical rigor and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.

·        Ability to apply data, analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to improve procurement, operations, and capital project outcomes.

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent in Arabic and English).

·        Ability to excel in high-performance, multi-disciplinary teams and engage senior stakeholders.

·        Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, ambiguous environments, managing multiple priorities.

·        A strong ownership mindset and entrepreneurial drive to build impact in a fast-growing regional platform.

·        Strong learning agility and adaptability, with the ambition to grow in a fast-scaling regional platform.
