The position: 

This is a 40% part-time position, averaging around 16 hours per week, depending on weekly needs. Working hours are within standard office hours, and your physical presence is required. Fridays start early at 08:00, and your hours should be distributed across the week. 

 

The main areas of responsibility are: 

  • Maintain office tidiness, set up/clear catered meals and fruit/snacks as well as Friday morning breakfasts, prepare meeting rooms, manage post/packages, fill up/empty dishwasher, clean and calibrate coffee machine, make sure office environment looks organized and professional throughout the day 

  • Act as the receptionist, handle visitors, couriers, and calls. 

  • Assist with purchasing office supplies and groceries and coordinate with landlords, IT support, and suppliers. Run various errands related to the office.   

  • Ensure storage rooms are kept organized

  • Support with various light admin and general office enquiries. 

For the right candidate, there may also be opportunities to assist with recruitment, event coordination, and other projects.  

 

As an indispensable part of Prokura's growing business, you will have great responsibility in creating impeccable service for the Oslo office.
