What you will do:
As a Delivery Manager with IMTEK, a Kearney company, you’ll drive end-to-end RapidResponse implementations, guiding clients from design through deployment to value realization. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor, manage cross-functional teams, and build lasting client relationships—delivering impactful supply chain transformations with every engagement.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, ensuring client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and profitability.
- Guide clients from solution design and data integration to planning model configuration and business value realization.
- Manage project scope, risk, budgets, change control, and post-deployment support.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, articulating IMTEK’s POV on supply chain transformation and digital planning.
Client Relationship Management
- Build trusted partnerships with client executives and stakeholders across functions such as supply chain, operations, and IT.
- Expand client relationships to drive growth opportunities, follow-on work, and new project engagements.
- Represent IMTEK's brand with professionalism, thought leadership, and a delivery-first mindset.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams with a focus on morale, performance, and professional development.
- Promote an agile, collaborative, and solution-oriented culture.
- Coach consultants on Kinaxis best practices, client interaction, and supply chain domain expertise.
What we are looking for:
Primary Skills and Qualifications:
Experience & Domain Expertise
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting or enterprise delivery, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or other supply chain planning tools.
- Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise supply chain programs or technology transformations.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
- Experience across industries such as CPG/Retail, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Leadership & Communication
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and client expectations.
- Skilled at translating business problems into technical solutions and communicating those solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, make decisions under pressure, and drive progress in complex environments.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field is a plus.
