About the Role

The Compensation Coordinator is responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the Global Compensation team’s programs and processes. This role works closely within the Compensation team in Chicago, but also collaborates with Talent Management, Mobility, Equity, HR, HRIS, and Finance teams globally. 

Responsibilities

·       Provide support to Global Compensation and HR teams

·       Complete HRIS data entries, maintain data and systems to ensure accuracy

·       Assist in the administration of programs, processes and technologies that manage base pay, incentive pay, and employee performance

·       Assist in administration of market intelligence systems

·       Support maintaining confidential compensation documents/contracts

·       Assist with Ad-Hoc reporting requests/analysis

·       Assist with special projects as required

·       Closely collaborate with HR colleagues on employment and payroll matters

·       Assist in compensation analysis including analyzing results to support pay strategy policy

·       Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal clients

Qualifications

·       Relevant work experience (min 1 years, preferred)

·       Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field, preferred

·       Strong in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

·       Knowledge of HRIS (PeopleSoft), preferred

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

·       Strong relationship building skills

·       Motivated team player

·       Ability to manage competing demands, while maintaining adaptability and flexibility

·       Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

·       Highest level of maturity and discretion handling confidential information and personal data

·       Strong investigative, technical, and analytical skills
