You have a unique possibility to apply for a full-time position as Associate Consultant or Consultant , depending on the experience, in Norway becoming a part of our great team. The start date will be agreed individually.

What You’ll do

• Contribute to structured problem-solving in collaboration with senior colleagues by proactively identifying issues and opportunities and solutions

• Apply your understanding of strategic operation processes, tools and concepts.

• Delegate minor tasks to clients and take responsibility for managing quality expectations.

• Work effectively with external stakeholders and take responsibility for developing strong relationships with key clients.

• Take ownership for advocating and promoting Prokura values and culture both on and outside projects.

• Show strong personal drive and take process ownership of your work by scoping own time and meeting deadlines.

• Take ownership of personal development, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to strengthen your personal skills.

• Make decisions regarding your own work and take responsibility for learning from mistakes

• Build a solid consulting toolbox through core skills such as communication, Excel, PowerPoint, and the effective use of different AI tools in problem-solving, analysis, and delivery.

Who You Are

We are looking for ambitious and motivated early-career professionals with 0–2 years of relevant experience who are eager to learn and grow in management consulting. As an Associate Consultant or Consultant, you’ll be challenged to think critically and solve complex problems from day one.

We are looking for candidates who…

• Are motivated individuals with a strong academic record in relevant subjects such as finance, supply chain, or economics. 

• Have 0–2 years of relevant experience.

• Have a genuine interest in management consulting 

• Are ambitious, motivated, and bring a high level of energy combined with a collaborative working style  

• Possess analytical and communication skills 

• Are fluent in both English and Norwegian Are motivated individuals with a strong academic record in relevant subjects such as finance, supply chain, or economics.
