Job Description

As a Manager at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Digital and Analytics (D&A) practice as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. 

Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will work alongside our clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in this ever-changing market environment.

  • Have verifiable previous experience leading consulting teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Possess executive presence to comfortably command a room and present to senior audiences.
  • Have the ability to manage challenging individual, team and client situations while maintaining equanimity.
  • Functional expertise in IT transformation/IT restructuring, digital growth/digital strategy, or digital supply chain / SG&A transformation.
  • Functional or technical expertise in SAP
    • SAP strategy – Case for Change, ERP assessment, planning, process improvement
    • SAP solution design and architecture 
    • SAP implementation management
    • Distressed program/project turnaround
    • Technology and process transformation
  • Ideally experienced in a functional process area such as finance, supply chain, order to cash, etc., or technical development/architecture.
  • Are located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, or Washington, DC.
  • Fluent in English.

Role-specific requirements:

  • Manager: 
    • MBA degree preferred with 8+ years of professional experience.
    • Experienced working as a Management Consultant required.
    • 3-5 years of consulting experience driving elements of large-scale SAP transformations.
    • Have managed at least two major workstreams of an SAP transformation for Fortune-1000 or larger scale clients.
    • Experience managing proposal writing efforts; participating in pitches for consulting work; developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships.
    • Passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues.

  • Manager Compensation - $212,000 - $235,000:  It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.  In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
