This is a unique opportunity to join our great team in Norway for a 6–8 week Winter Internship during the period January–March 2027. The exact start and end dates are flexible and will be agreed individually with the successful candidate.

Our team of 120 professionals, located in Denmark, Norway, United Kingdom, Germany, Middle East and Japan, provides consulting services to large corporations across industries such as energy, private equity, pharmaceutical and retail.

What You’ll Do

As a Winter Intern, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and contribute to real client projects. You will:

• Contribute to structured problem-solving by supporting analyses, research, and project deliverables
• Help identify issues and opportunities in collaboration with senior colleagues
• Develop a basic understanding of strategic procurement and supply chain processes, tools, and concepts
• Support the preparation of client presentations and other project materials
• Build a solid consulting toolbox through core skills such as communication, Excel, PowerPoint, and Alteryx
• Take ownership of your work, manage your time, and meet agreed deadlines
• Take ownership of your personal development by actively seeking feedback and identifying opportunities to strengthen your skills
• Get insight into everyday life as a consultant and Prokura’s values and culture

Who You Are

We are looking for ambitious and motivated master’s students who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in management consulting. As a Winter Intern, you’ll be challenged to think critically and solve complex problems from day one, while receiving support from experienced colleagues.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are currently pursuing a relevant master’s degree, for example in finance, supply chain, economics, engineering, or a related field
• Have a strong academic record
• Have a genuine interest in management consulting
• Are ambitious, motivated, and bring a high level of energy combined with a collaborative working style
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills
• Are fluent in both English and Norwegian
