Job Description

As the Global Director of Digital Marketing and Business Development, you will be pivotal in expanding our business development capabilities and leading our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, digital marketing, marketing technology, and analytics. This role will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Lead and oversee the business development, digital marketing, and marketing technology teams, guiding team leads in goal setting, measurement, and team growth and development activities.  
  • Drive the growth and evolution of our business development team and capabilities, leveraging Salesforce as a key tool and encouraging its adoption across the firm.  
  • Build business development processes with senior stakeholders, serve as a business partner, and lead change management efforts.  
  • Oversee Kearney's global digital marketing efforts, focusing on account-based marketing, SEO, social media strategy, and data analytics.  
  • Manage the technology team responsible for operating and innovating the marketing technology stack to meet the evolving needs of our marketing and business development teams.  
  • Effectively manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and collaboration across global team.

  • Have proven experience in digital marketing and business development, preferably at the Director level.  
  • Have strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.  
  • Have extensive experience with Salesforce and its application in business development.  
  • Have expertise in marketing technology and analytics.  
  • Understand the sales process in management consulting or a similar industry.  
  • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels and collaborate in a team environment.  
  • Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.  
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.  
  • Are eager to learn new skills and have a can-do attitude, willing to take on new projects and grow team capabilities.  
  • Work collaboratively across departments and with global teams.
