As the Global Director of Digital Marketing and Business Development, you will be pivotal in expanding our business development capabilities and leading our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, digital marketing, marketing technology, and analytics. This role will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the business development, digital marketing, and marketing technology teams, guiding team leads in goal setting, measurement, and team growth and development activities.
- Drive the growth and evolution of our business development team and capabilities, leveraging Salesforce as a key tool and encouraging its adoption across the firm.
- Build business development processes with senior stakeholders, serve as a business partner, and lead change management efforts.
- Oversee Kearney's global digital marketing efforts, focusing on account-based marketing, SEO, social media strategy, and data analytics.
- Manage the technology team responsible for operating and innovating the marketing technology stack to meet the evolving needs of our marketing and business development teams.
- Effectively manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and collaboration across global team.

- Have proven experience in digital marketing and business development, preferably at the Director level.
- Have strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Have extensive experience with Salesforce and its application in business development.
- Have expertise in marketing technology and analytics.
- Understand the sales process in management consulting or a similar industry.
- Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels and collaborate in a team environment.
- Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Are eager to learn new skills and have a can-do attitude, willing to take on new projects and grow team capabilities.
- Work collaboratively across departments and with global teams.
