HOPTEK is a dynamic and forward-thinking startup dedicated to innovating within the trucking and logistics industry. We are looking for a visionary Sales Representative to join our leadership team and drive our strategic initiatives to the next level.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base, revenue, and satisfaction. In this role and often as the first line of engagement, you will be responsible for identifying new business leads and opportunities, direct market outreach, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting the closure of deals, while acting as a trusted advisor to prospective customers across a variety of mediums.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound channels

· Support the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close

· Understand customer needs and effectively articulate HOPTEK’s technology solutions

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers

· Collaborate with marketing, product and customer excellence to drive revenue

· Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM tools i.e. Zoho

· Support the meeting or exceeding of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

· Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product updates

· Attend customer-focused events to drive awareness and potential sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

· 3–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (tech/SaaS preferred)

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

· Strong business acumen, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical audiences

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

· Experience using CRM tools, enablement platforms and sales collateral

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience selling SaaS, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology solutions

· Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger)

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
